Job Summary:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high-quality data, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and quality

• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with precision and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Client Experience:

* Greet customers and patients with a smile, offering assistance and support with products and services

• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience
• Model and promote excellent customer service practices, including communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment

Activities:

* Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers

• Recommend products and services to customers, suggesting upgrades and complementary items
• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, stock, and records
• Execute loss prevention strategies to minimize benefit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances
• Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
• Assist with food item separation and product arrangement, following company policies and procedures
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital photo printing and banner printing
• Take on web order responsibilities, including processing and fulfilling orders
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a clean and safe store environment
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues

Preparation and Self-Improvement:

* Attend training and complete PPLs (Performance Progress Learning) as assigned by management or corporate

• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Capabilities:

* Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Preferred Capabilities:

* Previous experience in a retail environment

• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
