Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for inputting data, making changes to existing data figures, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. Your exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
  • Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database
  • Updating customer information in a database
  • Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
  • Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records
  • Operating common office equipment, such as scanners and printers
  • Searching for and investigating information contained in files
  • Performing regular database backups to secure data
  • Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents
  • Providing occasional administrative support
  • Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
  • Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
  • Providing data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong skillset in data entry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with digital databases and data management software
  • Knowledge of data confidentiality principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures
  • Experience with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
