Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a data entry or administrative assistant role

  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
