About the Role

As a Retail Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to complex problems. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
