Job Overview

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes. You will work in a fully remote setting, with flexible shift hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs.

• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Maintain impeccable attendance, adhering to arenaflex policy.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement.
• Identify issues, review procedures, and recommend and implement modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing.
• Handle company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines.
• Be prepared for occasional overtime, as required.
• Be available to work arenaflex Holidays and Saturdays.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

• Excellent typing skills, with the ability to pass the 10-key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors.
• Experience working with business solutions software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
