Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Building and deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address complex business problems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, clinicians, and patients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Working with large-scale, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
- Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support business needs
- Participating in the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI is a plus
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus
