The Role

As an Associate Client Support Consultant, you will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on arenaflex technology, and more. You will work in a hybrid setting, balancing time in the office and at home, and will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients with 1-49 employees, resolving issues, and answering questions in a clear and concise manner
  • Training clients on arenaflex technology and ensuring they have the necessary skills to manage their business effectively
  • Partnering with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Continuously upgrading your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools
  • Adhering to a daily schedule and organizing yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls, including peak seasons

Requirements

* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience

  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • College degree is great, but not required; what's more important is having the skills to do the job
  • Experience noted above, or military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $22.50 / hour

  • Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience
  • Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions
