Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents
• Handling all incoming calls, new and existing clients, and taking messages
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Reporting issues to Directors and contributing to the growth and development of our institution
• Developing, implementing, and perfecting office systems and procedures
• Reading and responding to work-related emails
• Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact
• Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules
• Scheduling appointments for Directors
• Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and reports
• Supporting sales and production efforts
• Posting company-related content on social media platforms
• Sending communication, such as thank you notes and referral gifts
• Reviewing upcoming schedules with Directors
• Participating in staff meetings as needed
• Ensuring the company's public image is consistent and in line with our branding
• Providing marketing assistance

Skill Qualifications

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
• Coachable and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a professional setting
• Comfortable speaking with clients in a customer-centric manner
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Must be professional, organized, and punctual
• Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites
• Experience working in an educational institution is a plus
• Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Calm and professional manner in a fast-paced environment

Education Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or higher required

* Computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS
