Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, selling entire projects, and maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas. You'll work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and providing assistance to sell entire projects

  • Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to drive sales growth
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
  • Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
  • Participate in sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives to achieve department and company goals
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment

  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of products, services, and promotions in a retail or sales environment
  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and promotions quickly
