We're now seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members, leading to increased enrollment and program completion rates. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email daily to engage with new and existing members
* Successfully completing >100 outbound calls a day to drive enrollment and program completion rates
* Enrolling 25% or more of all connected leads to achieve our business objectives
* Maintaining a 92% or higher customer satisfaction score by providing exceptional service and support
* Collaborating with our Member Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to empathize with and actively listen to our members
* Experience working with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly CRM and HubSpot
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions
* Critical thinking skills to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information and apply previous experiences in new contexts
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we'd love to see:
* Experience in a role that involved direct daily interactions with older adults, such as in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient advocate/coordinator, or a member-facing role within a digital health startup
* A passion for building relationships and making a difference in the lives of aging adults
