Job Summary

As a 1st Shift Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You'll be responsible for supporting truckers who need roadside assistance, handling escalated issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in

  • Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
  • Input relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
  • Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer requires
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC software and web applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • History of great attendance and punctuality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a 3-day weekday/2-day weekend schedule
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
