Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our website and/or app chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
  • Assisting customers with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful tone in all written communication, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback in our system, ensuring that we can continuously improve our support processes.
  • Staying informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies, so that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily chat performance metrics (e.g. response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction), demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional support experiences.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through written communication.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (usually 40+ WPM), with the ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and web-based systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or on-site, depending on company needs. You'll require consistent access to a computer and high-speed internet for remote work. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
