Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Troubleshoot and investigate customer complaints, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service standards

Requirements
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
