Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Conducting outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support, building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications
