Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry:

Accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our company information.

Data Verification:

Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is correctly entered.

Data Management:

Organize and manage large volumes of data effectively, ensuring easy retrieval and access.

Reporting:

Generate routine reports from the database as required by management.

Communication:

Liaise with other team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Typing Speed:

A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to focus on details and ensure the accuracy of data.

Strong ability to organize data and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education:

Working Hours:

As a remote, part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule within company guidelines. We expect a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak periods.
