Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lawrenceville, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18.50, and we offer a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
• Completing data entry in our database for new applicants and check-ins
• Organizing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents
• Developing a strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines
• Maintaining weekly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Proficiency in Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance records
• Strong computer skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of experience with Kronos timekeeping and scheduling systems
