Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our live casino card games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will work closely with our dealers and casino staff to create a professional and positive experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in, monitor, audit, and ensure that live casino card games are conducted in accordance with established rules and regulations, including seating arrangement and rotation.
- Work in a lively and fast-paced environment with a professional and fun team to ensure asset protection procedures are followed.
- Create a professional and positive experience for our guests and coworkers by working with the dealer and casino staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
* 21+ years of age
- Obtain and maintain required licensing through state and local agencies (company-paid)
- Pass our comprehensive paid training program
- Availability to work weekends and overtime
- Ability to pass a background check for state licensure (licensing expenses covered by us)
- Ability to pass a drug test and credit check (may be required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
