Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
  • Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
  • Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
  • Participating in sales growth initiatives and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
