Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, performing outbound calling, and maintaining accurate data in our database. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze situations will enable you to provide effective solutions and recommendations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in arenaflex's database.
  • Assist customers with cash handling transactions as needed.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support office operations by performing administrative tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating patience and empathy
  • Familiarity with office procedures and practices
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (essential)
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling is a plus
