Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers in tracking their purchases, resolving delivery concerns, managing returns, and clarifying product queries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior background or experience in customer support (complete training will be provided)
  • To be at least 18 years old to meet the eligibility criteria
