Position Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing professional, text-based customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with login problems, billing inquiries, subscription changes, and technical troubleshooting via live chat. You'll use our company scripts and workflows to provide accurate and empathetic support, and you'll be expected to maintain professional communication throughout your interactions.

* Simulated chat practice to help you build your skills and confidence
* QA-monitored first shift to ensure you're meeting our standards
