Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer team, serving as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, troubleshooting common issues, and collaborating closely with our sales and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determining support issues, and escalating appropriately to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Identifying discrepancies between Hubspot and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services, and taking corrective action to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintaining data within CRM, including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with hardware or software, providing basic tech support, and documenting in CRM and escalating to 2nd tier technical support when required.
  • Completing order entry for new orders, collaborating closely with the sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Assisting with additional duties as directed by management, including special projects and initiatives.

Experience Preferred

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Customer service-related experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in CRM systems and software applications.
  • Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.

Job Type and Benefits

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
