Become a Licensed Insurance Agent with arenaflex

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals to become licensed insurance agents through our comprehensive 5-day paid training program. This program is designed to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll provide you with a Trainer, study materials, and cover the cost of the exam. Upon passing your exam, we'll support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. Your Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (minimum).
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred).
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
