Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicles and provide updates to customers
  • Analyzing data and reports to identify trends or areas for improvement in the supply chain process
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using RouteGenie software
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and fleet management is a plus
  • Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
