Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to live chat messages promptly and professionally - Assisting customers with account access, billing, and subscription management - Following scripted replies and company SOPs to ensure accurate and empathetic support - Documenting interactions and escalating complex issues to ensure seamless resolution - Maintaining professional communication and providing exceptional customer experiences

Compensation & Scheduling
- Start: $25/hr: Earn a competitive hourly rate from the start. - Raises to $30–$35/hr after 30 QA-approved shifts: Opportunities for raises based on performance. - Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduled: Choose from a variety of shifts to fit your lifestyle. - Minimum 15 hours/week: Ensure a stable schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
