Job Summary

As a Junior Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills in German to resolve queries, address concerns, and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in German (C1 level or higher)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
