Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
- Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item arrangement as determined by policies and procedures
- Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo service, banner print, and creative machine
- Take on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
- Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and organized store environment and appearance
- Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
- Complete special tasks and other assignments as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology)
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or data entry environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
