Applicants who do not follow these instructions will not be considered. Madak is seeking a creative and resourceful Web Designer and Webflow Developer to join our growing team full-time. This is a role for someone excited about taking ownership of web projects from ideation to launch — someone who can both design and develop stunning, high-performance websites with a deep understanding of UX and front-end best practices. You’ll lead web initiatives, design compelling layouts in Figma, build sites in Webflow using clean structure and scalable components, and solve complex problems with the support of a collaborative and experienced team. - Web Design in Figma
- Webflow Development
- Working within the Lumos & Finsweet Client First frameworks
- Zapier/Make/n8n for automations/integrations
- Performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices
Who you are:
- Design: Build from the ground up — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Development: Own the front-end development and upkeep of both client and internal sites using Webflow
- Strategy: Deep understanding of web strategy, user behaviour patterns, and best practices to design and develop for conversions.
- Project Management: Manage timelines and budgets, document processes, and create reusable internal resources
- Research: Stay on the pulse of industry tools, trends, and development standards

- Troubleshooting: Solve bugs, performance issues, and edge cases with confidence and creativity
- UX/UI Design: Learn best practices from a highly experienced team and apply them with autonomy
- Webflow Development: How to collaborate and develop sites to scale with a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Webflow
- SEO Fundamentals (Semrush)
- Data Analytics Platform Integrations (G4A/Webflow Analyze/Clarity/etc)
- Web Design (Figma)
- Graphic Design
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- HTML/CSS
- Basic understanding of Javascript
- Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini
- Make/Zapier/n8n
- Finsweet Attributes
- Memberstack
- CRM Integrations (Hubspot/Salesforce/etc)
- GSAP
- Basic knowledge of Spline and/or other 3D design tools
- Asana
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
