Print & Textile Designer – Work From Home Role with Pattern Development

Job Summary: SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Print & Textile Designer to join our remote team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in surface pattern design, textile graphics, and color theory, who is passionate about fashion, home décor, or lifestyle trends. You will be responsible for designing original print and pattern collections that align with seasonal trends and brand identity, catering to a wide range of global clients. Key Responsibilities:

Develop original prints, patterns, and repeat layouts for apparel, textiles, homeware, and other surfaces.

Collaborate closely with design, product development, and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into commercial textile designs.

• *

Stay up to date with seasonal color palettes, fashion trends, textile techniques, and consumer insights.

• *

Prepare detailed print-ready files with color separations, specs, and scale guidelines.

• *

Modify and adapt existing designs based on feedback, trends, or different product applications.

• *

Manage digital file archiving and documentation of all design assets.

• *

Participate in virtual creative meetings and design reviews.

Ensure consistency in design execution while adhering to brand standards and client briefs.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• *

Strong portfolio showcasing original print, pattern, and textile design work.

• *

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.

• *

Ability to create seamless repeat patterns and detailed color variations.

• *

Excellent understanding of fabric behavior, textile printing methods, and surface finishes.

• *

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting tight deadlines.

• *

Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.

• Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in textile or surface pattern design (freelance, internships, or in-house).

Prior remote working experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience working with fashion, home décor, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.

• Working Hours:

Flexible work hours with deliverable-based performance tracking.

Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST (for meetings and check-ins).
