Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Resolving Incoming Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats regarding power outages, billing questions, and service requests. Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. - Utilizing Policies and Procedures: Place service and emergency orders for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed accurately. - Assisting with Payment Arrangements: Help customers with payment arrangements and other service-related inquiries, providing solutions that meet their needs. - Performing Research and Follow-up: Conduct research and follow up on customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. - Participating in Training Sessions: Attend required training sessions, both remote and onsite, to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Maintaining Confidentiality and Privacy: Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of customer information during interactions, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Specialist, you'll need: - High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. - Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of non-sales customer service experience or two years of non-sales call center experience is necessary. - Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software is essential. - Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required to handle escalated customer situations. - Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Proficient Use of Computers and Basic Math Calculations: Proficient use of computers and basic math calculations are required for this role. - Ability to Type 30 WPM: A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM is necessary for this position. - Flexibility to Work Shifts: Flexibility to work shifts within operating hours of 7am-9pm M-F and 8am-7pm Saturday is required.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in a Remote Work Environment: Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. - Bilingual in Spanish: Bilingual skills in Spanish are desirable, as there is a premium pay available for Spanish speakers.
