Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats * Handle high-volume calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information * Handle patient medicine demands and enter top-off orders for handling, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations * Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all information entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless service delivery * Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Familiarity with Spanish and English
