The Role: Entry Level Chat Support Specialist

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, responsible for managing our email queue and live chats during standard US business hours. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with a range of inquiries, from basic questions to more complex technical issues, with efficiency and empathy.
