Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our global team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media channels. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries, address their concerns, and provide timely and accurate assistance.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media, providing clear, concise, and empathetic support to enhance customer experience.

  • Quickly resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee collaboration.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
  • Available to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
