Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer service
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing leadership skills
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
