Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You will work from the ease of your own home, using your computer and phone to navigate through multiple systems and enter information while speaking with customers on the phone. This is a flexible part-time opportunity, allowing you to choose your own availability and work around your existing commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns
