Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, processing orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
