The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be the face of our company, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your goal will be to educate customers on our product offerings, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and text-based tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keeping records of customer interactions
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
  • Coordinating resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, and other issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce or fitness industry
  • A proven record of successful customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
  • Experience using helpdesk platforms like Gorgias is a must
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus
  • Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
