As a Customer Care Agent on our Dutch Desk, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your Future Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests
  • Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling
  • Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays
  • Communicating essential customer messages to key departments

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language (C1) and fluency in English at the B2 level
  • At least 1 year of support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as within different teams
  • Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach
  • A strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
