Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Macedonia, OH. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and retention

  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail environment

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Experience with employee development and training programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
