Key Responsibilities

As a Caregiver Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers receive timely and relevant job opportunities
• Maintaining open communication with our caregivers, providing support and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure that our caregivers receive the resources and training they need to excel in their roles
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our chat employment leads, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in a caregiving or recruitment role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a senior care or healthcare setting
