Job Description

As a Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support through live chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product information
  • Providing troubleshooting and support for customer issues
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service standards
  • Documenting and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining chat logs and customer records

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring timely and professional communication

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards, adhering to arenaflex's customer-centric values
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:
