Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Mastering our refined call script to convey professionalism and authenticity during every interaction with our esteemed customers
- Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently
- Maintaining customer records, updating databases, and documenting relevant information
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Providing administrative support to the office team as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy
