Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new releases and updates
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products and medical supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience with customer service software and systems

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
