Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
