Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating product and solutions expertise, and providing legendary service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate of $24-$28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential
