Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Community Connection Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and effectively sell arenaflex products and services to new and existing residential customers

  • Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing, installation costs, and product upgrades
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved within 24 hours
  • Actively listen to customers' concerns and needs to identify, research, and resolve customer complaints using available resources
  • Communicate effectively with peer departments and use sound judgment to determine an appropriate course of action
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

What You Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Previous sales and customer service experience required; call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and an ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse population
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail; high level of accuracy
  • Ability to embrace change, learn new skills, and continuously improve
  • Ability to work both independently and with co-workers toward company goals
