Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing client data entry, overseeing automation processes for clients, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and provide exceptional support to our clients through timely and accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client data entry, including processing and verifying patient information, medication orders, and other relevant data

  • Oversee automation processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medication lists, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and provide exceptional support to our clients
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement new processes and procedures as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or registered pharmacy technician (RPhT)

  • Experience with automation software and systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
