Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Recommend arenaflex products and services that meet customer requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
