Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer product and pricing questions, and provide solutions.
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
• Becoming a product and solutions expert through training and development programs.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
