Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk for our Transition Assistance Program, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our data. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional support to military personnel and their families, and contribute to the success of our program. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our data

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, training records, and other relevant documents
  • Provide exceptional support to military personnel and their families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our Transition Assistance Program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with military personnel, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience in an office or administrative environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a military or government environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
